In 1824, an Italian watchmaker named Augustino
Quatrocchi became frustrated with traditional
eyeglasses, which often fell off as he bent over
his work. Sr. Quatrocchi developed an ingenious
solution to the problem: instead of curving round
the ear, like the wings of conventional eyeglasses,
the wings of Quatrocchi eyeglasses fit snugly in
your ear-holes.
Constructed from heavy-duty copper wire. Lenses not
included.
