All available items include free freight in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Please contact us for rates on orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international orders. Items that cannot be shipped U.P.S. include dock or street level delivery only. Inside delivery and home(to door) delivery are extra for truck shipments. We will e-mail you a quote for extra shipping charges if you require these services. Some U.P.S./FedEx shipments are partially disassembled to reach carrier carton limits. We will ship U.P.S. whenever possible. Most of our furniture is in stock and available for shipment. Please allow one to three weeks for delivery. Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If your order is delayed we will attempt to contact you by phone. Minnesota customers subject to 6.5% sales tax. California resident subject to 9% sales tax. RETURN POLICY All items carry a 30 day return period. Items must be returned in their original cartons in new condition. Return freight must be prepaid for returns to be accepted. Please call or e-mail us for a return authorization number and for the return address. Customer is responsible for return frieght charges. Extra delivery services such as inside delivery, or quick-ship cannot be refunded. Returned orders over $1000 may be subject to a restocking fee. Merchandise ordered for resale is not returnable. Returns will not be granted for defects in parts or damage during shipping unless the damaged item is not available from the manufacturer. If the box has severe damage please refuse the shipment so that we can expedite shipment of your new unit. Defective or damaged parts will be replaced by the manufacturer free of charge.
