While my 30 lb. chair arrived in two pieces and has been assembled and in use for a week now, I am still waiting for a one pound mouse in the mail. Also, when I called to ask a question about the chair assembly, I received a prompt reply from a curteous representative. Great service Excellent Comments: I wanted to buy a used office chair, and the store e-mailed back and forth with me to make the arrangements -- prompt and friendly. And it turned out to be a great chair! Excellent The service we received at Affordable was the best we have had on the web. We order all our chairs from them now. Excellent Comments: When the item was initially delivered, the box was torn & we were afraid the furniture may be damaged so we refused it. When I called to tell them what happened and to order another one, they were very accommodating & very pleasant to deal with. They did not question me or give me a hard time about re-ordering at all.
