Inquiries: To enable us to efficiently handle your inquiries, please include your order number in the subject line of your email message.

Charge cards: We currently accept VISA and MasterCard charge cards. As an added safety procedure, our bank requires the card holder's full name and full billing address, as well as the 3-digit security code on the back of the card (CVC or CVV number) so that they may verify the validity of each card. This is for your protection as well as ours and is mandatory when ordering. You may also use PayPal to use different cards (Amex, Discover) that we do not accept via our bank or to pay using cash.

Shipping: Turnaround time for postal shipments is approximately 40 days. For express courier shipments, 20 days. There may be security delays in your country due to the fact that your parcel is coming from the Middle East.

Refunds / Exchanges: We make every effort to insure that you will be satisfied with your merchandise and that it fits, before we ship. If for some reason you are not satisfied or something doesn't fit, notify us via email WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange it for you or issue a refund for the amount of the item only (not including shipping charges). This amount is clearly indicated on our invoices. We normally communicate via email with you before shipping if we need any further details regarding your order and we appreciate your earliest response in order to avoid shipping delays.

Returns should be sent to our Kuwait address: Denise Al-Shammari, PO Box 7449, Salmiya 22085 Kuwait via international post (use a method that lets you track your parcel). Items for return should be unworn, properly packaged and tagged for full credit. Be sure to notify us when returning any item so we will be aware of incoming parcels. Once we physically receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange at once. Please note that AlHediya.com is not responsible for packages lost in the mail.

If you have received Free Shipping on your original order, you will need to pay to re-ship exchanges from that order. Also, refunds will be pro-rated, deducting the cost of shipping from the cost of the return.
