Shipping Information

Our system is setup to calculate shipping based on approximate weight of the items. In many cases, the actual shipping costs come out to be less than what the system has calculated. Less often, the shipping charges actually come out to be more than what was calculated. In either case, the charges are manually adjusted and the customer is informed.

Please note: If the wrong shipping option (Domestic/International) is selected, the system will not calculate the shipping automatically, in this case shipping charges will be manually added to the order and the customer will be informed.

The shipping charges include a small handling fee. This fee varies between $1.00 - $4.00 based on the order amount. Handling charges for orders over $100 are between 2-3% of the order amount.

All orders are mailed with a delivery confirmation. We aim to ship out most orders in 3-4 business days. However, in most cases, the order is shipped out sooner. If we expect an unusually long delay we will inform the customer.

Once the order has been shipped we are no longer responsible for the delivery time.
