HOLIDAY DELIVERY: Many of our products are made to order and the manufacturers have early cut-off dates! Please note in the comments box at checkout if you need your order by a certain date. Our Customer Service will contact you if expedited delivery is needed to fulfill your order in time.
We know you want fast results. We also know people with physical disabilities NEED their products yesterday! If your item is in inventory you will get your order in 2-10 business days within the 48 contiguous US. Items that are made-to-order by the manufacturer may longer take for delivery.
Please understand that shopping for Assistive Technology and Adaptive Positioning Equipment is not a normal shopping experience. In general, these special products are very specific in nature, and custom in design and manufacture. The products we sell are often made-to-order to meet the specific needs of the child that it is intended for! Therefore, products are not always sitting on the shelf!
