For orders in the continental US, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Unless a rush order is requested, orders are shipped UPS in the continental U.S., Book Rate to APO, UPS 2nd Day to Alaska and Hawaii, and DHL International Air Mail to International and Canadian addresses. In order to ship via a traceable method, a physical street address is required. Americans for the Arts will not be held liable for packages shipped to a P.O. Box.

WHY ARE SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES SO HIGH?
Americans for the Arts charges a handling fee in addition to actual postage or freight in order to cover costs of storage and fulfillment. We are a nonprofit organization; if we lose money on publication sales, we cannot continue providing this service.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Americans for the Arts only accepts returns on damaged items. Returns requests for damaged items must be made within one week of receipt of shipment. Call customer service at 1.800.321.4510 to authorize return.
CLAIMS: Claims for shorts or misshipments must be made within one week of receipt of shipment.
