Ames Walker Support Hosiery is an international company, based in Yardley, PA and Asheboro, NC, USA. We have been in business since 1996, and on the Internet since 1997, having served more than 250,000 thousand customers (and counting) in the USA and world-wide. We believe we sell the largest array of graduated support hosiery products anywhere. Our products are shipped from Asheboro, NC.
We distribute our own line of support hosiery, RxFIT Brand and Ames Walker Brands and are authorized dealers for Jobst, Juzo, Medi, Sigvaris, Futuro and Venosan Brands. We are specialists in compression support and diabetic hosiery.
You may order products from Ames Walker Intl. Inc. by ordering directly from our secure server. You may select either credit card or check or money order thru our shopping cart. OR you may call us during business hours, 8:30 AM to 5 PM EST, toll free at 1 877-525-7224 or alternate 1-336-625-3979. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Our products are shipped out by US mail/UPS/Fedex, generally within 1-3 business days (sale periods can be somewhat delayed beyond this normal schedule). Nothing will be charged to your credit card until the order is shipped. We will notify you by e-mail or by phone if we have a problem shipping your order.
Ames Walker will not be undersold. If you find a lower price at another site, tell us and we'll match it. We ship Free on all orders over $75 order value to USA and Canada, and we charge no sales tax, except in the state of North Carolina. In addition, we offer our famous, no hassle return policy on any of our products within 30 days of purchase. (See below for return policy details.)
Sizing: Size charts are easily accessed on our ordering pages or in our Ames Walker drop down menu bar on this site. For maternity pantyhose, use your pre-pregnancy size on sheer products or actual measurements on surgical styles.

If you find the identical product in another website for less, including a competitor's sale price, we will match the product price, and ship it to you FREE, US mail, to USA and Canada only (non expedited). Other countries we will price match only. No other discounts apply.
The exact site and page must be told to customer service rep at the time of the sale, or mentioned in the comments box if an internet order, at the time of sale. If the price is lower due to multiple pairs, then you must purchase similar multiple pairs from us. No other discounts apply.

Manufacturing defects can be returned for evaluation within 30 days of invoice date for exchange, please call first for Return Authorization.
Return Policy: JOBST Garter Belts This product is returnable for size exchange to Ames Walker in original condition only, within 30 days of invoice date. Please call for Return Authorization first.
Shoes: Please test your new shoes on a soft, carpeted surface. We cannot accept any shoes that have been street worn and/or scuffed in any way. All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Please call for a Return Authorization Number. No Returns or Exchanges will be permitted without a Return Authorization. Shoes are shipped by Ames Walker via parcel post.

UPS does not deliver weekends or holidays. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, can only be delivered to a physical address. Expedited shipping charges are not refundable.
International orders are shipped by US airmail, rates are built into shopping cart. We are not responsible for untraceable airmail orders or local customs. If you trust your home country's mail system, you should be OK. Orders out of the US can only be sent to the billing address on the credit card.
