Return Policy At Appliancesource.com, we stand behind our products 100 percent. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Unused merchandise in original condition and unopened packaging may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. Any items returned that do not have factory sealed packaging will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept used merchandise for return or exchange. Defective merchandise is under warranty by the manufacturer; please read the warranty information enclosed with each product.
