Some of my work is currently showing at dva gallery. As an abstract expressionist, I simply paint by feel in the spontaneity of the moment. I don't premeditate or plan, I just let it out. I let the canvas take me where it wants to go. My paintings are atmospheric and untitled and lend themselves to be reinterpreted by the imagination of the viewer. I have developed numerous methods for achieving gnarly textures and am constantly intrigued by the patterns and compositions that emerge as I apply countless layers of colors and texture.
