RETURN POLICY Delivered goods require authorization from ASC Scientific for return. Merchandise shipped from stock can be returned, for full refund of merchandise price, if received back in new, resalable condition. This includes most field geology equipment. For equipment and instruments that are ordered from the manufacturer or fabricated by ASC Scientific for a specific customer, a re-stocking charge of 15 - 25% may apply, depending on the return policy of the manufacturer. This may also apply to purchase orders for special-order equipment that are cancelled after equipment has been drop shipped or shipped to ASC Scientific from the manufacturer. ASC Scientific will do everything possible to work with the customer and/or manufacturer to avoid any such return charges.
