RETURN POLICIES & GUARANTEES:
All warranty service for original customers is provided by the manufacturer of the product purchased. Please check your owner's manual for the customer service number of the manufacturer of the product you purchased. If you can not locate the number, please email us and we can assist you in obtaining the correct number.
If merchandise is not operating according to specifications you might have a defective product which would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Defective products can be return for exchanges only. Other returns are subject to aforementioned restocking and shipping charges. Each manufacturer has its own policies and procedures that must be followed precisely, therefore, the manufacturer must be contacted for instructions. NOTE: distinction must be made between damaged and defective merchandise in order to handle the matter properly and timely.
Panasonic products cannot be returned once the factory seal has been broken/opened.
Furniture - These items are not cancelable or returnable (in the unlikely event of a problem we will work with the manufacturer to help resolve any issue). In order for us to place your order with the factory, your card will be charged at the time of the order for all furniture items.
All items carry a 30 day guarantee (excluding shipping charges). Generally, the minimum charges imposed on all returned items would be shipping charges plus between 10 to 25% of the order total (the 10-25% covers restocking and credit card fees imposed by our bank to us for the transactions). That means you would get your money back, minus the shipping charges that we paid and 10-25%. The fees vary due to different fees charged by different manufacturers and vendors. We will always do our best to pass on the lowest re-stocking fee to the customer.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND CREDITED UNLESS THE BUYER HAS RETAINED AN RMA NUMBER FROM US. We do not issue call tags.
Again, we would like to reiterate, that ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE CLEARED THROUGH OUR COMPANY! Sending back an item without an RMA # will NOT be issued any credit/refund.
If you cancel your order after your item(s) has left our warehouse, you will be responsible for all shipping and restocking charges. (NOTE** Tracking numbers are not always available immediately at the time of shipment).
Items returned after 30 days will NOT be accepted.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE CLEARED THROUGH OUR COMPANY! Sending back an item without an RMA # will NOT be issued any credit/refund. Unsubstantiated charge-backs on credit cards purchases, may incurr additional bank processing fees.
1) Products that are determined to be defective from the manufacturer must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials to be exchanged.
2) ALL miscellaneous materials, such as manuals, accessories, cables, must be included. If any of these items are missing, we will bill you accordingly.
3) All returns MUST be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without a RMA number, not approved for returns, or not meeting our criteria will be refused.
*ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR AIR CONDITIONING PRODUCTS: Due to the high cost of shipping these products, any returns or refused shipments will be subject to a deduction of (25%) for re-handling and all shipping charges. If you have a defective product, you must obtain service via the warranty provided by the manufacturer.
*We are an discount online store, our helpful staff is not certified as air conditioning or home improvment contractors. We require that you consult a local professional regarding your specific needs prior to ordering with us.
*ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR MASSAGE CHAIRS and all PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS have a NO RETURN policy. The manufacturer will replace if damaged or defective, but no refunds will be made. No exceptions.
Returns on all items marked "Free Shipping" will be charged the actual shipping expenses.
Shipping:
All items must be inspected upon delivery. Also, items received unopened with exterior damage MUST NOT BE ACCEPTED! Contact US IMMEDIATELY - We will contact the shipper to make a claim. PLEASE CONTACT US - VIA E-MAIL - westconnectionent@yahoo.com ." Please include your order # in the email and specify the damage. Any products received damaged must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery in order to file a claim. No exceptions.
Most items are shipped VIA UPS/FEDEX Ground (most affordable/reliable method). Others may be shipped VIA the USPS or by motor freight. Most items usually ship within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. If for whatever reason, the item ordered is on back order, we will notify you by email.
We can usually ship products to Alaska & Hawaii, Virgin Islands and other areas outside the continental U.S. however, these items will require special handling. If you place an order from these areas, we will contact you to confirm the method of shipping and cost, prior to fulfilling the order. Some areas OUTSIDE the continental U.S., such as the Virgin Islands and other islands, ie. Florida Keys, may not be able to have shipments from us. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
From time to time shipping charge for heavy items will be higher than we calculated, depending on your location and other factors. Then you will receive an e-mail showing the additional charge to deliver your item. Your credit card will be charged accordingly.
