The word for this coffee is BALANCE. It is dead center medium bodied, with an elegant orange-peel acidity. Milder than the Costa Rica Organic, but still lively. Coffee from the La Minita Estate is meticulously prepared and undergoes strict quality control so it is probably the most consistent coffee we carry. |
