Flat Rate - Free Shipping

Available for orders shipping to US or US Territories ONLY.
Shipping & Handling charges:

$5.99* when ordered items total up to $35.00
$7.39* when ordered items total between $35.01 and $75.00
$8.99* when ordered items total between $75.01 and $99.99
FREE* when ordered items total $100.00 or more.

*The total shipping weight may not exceed five (5) pounds. For any order amount, an additional charge of $1.25 per pound will apply for each pound or part of a pound over the five pound limit.

When this method is selected, AustinNatural.com will determine the carrier and service used for delivery. Package tracking is usually available for orders with US destinations.

USPS Priority Mail

Available for orders destined to United States, US Territory, or APO addresses only. This method must be selected on orders with a 'Ship To' address containing only a PO Box. Shipping & Handling charges are based on the current USPS rate tables for Priority Mail service. Shipping rates are determined by distance and total order shipping weight. USPS Priority Mail rate tables use one pound weight increments. Priority Mail service is a 2 - 3 day delivery 'promise' by the United States Postal Service. Selection of this shipping method may expedite delivery of your order, but does not change order processing time. The warehouse staff at AustinNatural.com makes every effort to process orders with expedited shipping methods as quickly as possible, but there is no guarantee an order with USPS Priority Mail shipping will be processed within one business day. UPS Ground

Available for orders destined to United States addresses only. Shipping & Handling charges are based on the current UPS rate tables for UPS Ground service. Shipping rates are determined by distance and total order shipping weight. UPS Ground service rate tables use one pound weight increments. UPS package tracking is available.

UPS Second Day Air®

Available for orders destined to United States addresses only. Shipping & Handling charges are based on the current UPS rate tables for UPS Second Day Air® service. Shipping rates are determined by distance and total order shipping weight. UPS Second Day Air® rate tables use one pound weight increments. Available for orders destined outside of United States addresses. Shipping & Handling charges are based on the current UPS rate tables for the type of UPS service selected. Shipping rates are determined by distance and total order shipping weight. UPS package tracking is available.

Please Note: If you select one of the UPS international options, we highly recommend checking with your local UPS office for tariffs, taxes or other COD fees which may be due upon delivery of your order. If applicable, these additional costs vary by country and order value. AustinNatural.com is not responsible for calculating, collecting or paying any additional fees UPS may add.

Canadian Air Parcel

Available for orders destined to Canadian addresses only. This is the least expensive selection for Canadian destined orders. Shipping rates are determined by total order shipping weight. USPS Canadian Airmail rate tables use four ounce weight increments up to the first four pounds. Above four pounds, weight increments are by the pound. We offer some of the lowest rates available for shipping Nutritional Supplements, Health and Beauty, or any of the other products available on AustinNatural.com to Canada. Deliveries in Canada occur virtually every day the Canadian Postal Service operates. Please see the Terms & Conditions page for more information about International Shipping. Global Airmail

For delivery by Post Office, this shipping method must be selected for orders destined outside of the United States or Canada. Shipping & Handling charges are based on the United States Postal Service Global Airmail rate charts for the destination country. USPS Global Airmail rate tables use four ounce weight increments up to the first four pounds. Above four pounds, weight increments are by the pound. Please see the Terms & Conditions page for more information about International Shipping. Package tracking is NOT available.

Domestic Orders

AustinNatural.com ships to most US addresses and supports our troops abroad by shipping to APO addresses. A variety of shipping methods are employed to keep shipping cost as low as possible. When charged, "Shipping & Handling Costs" include order processing, picking, packing, handling and the actual cost of shipping. These costs are based on the UPS or USPS rate tables. They are automatically calculated and displayed before you finalize your order. Shipping & Handling charges are never refunded. Please contact us if your order confirmation does not show the correct shipping method or contains any other errors.

Flat Rate and Free Shipping may be available for orders with United States or Canadian destinations. Complete details for Flat Rate and Free Shipping are available on the Shipping Information page. When a Flat Rate / Free Shipping method is selected on an order, the shipping carrier and service will be determined by AustinNatural.com. If an order weight limit exists for the Flat Rate / Free Shipping method, you agree to pay the cost for extra weight (Extra Weigh Charge) stated on the Shipping Information page. In most cases, Extra Weight Charges will be automatically calculated and displayed prior to sending your order.

When a free shipping coupon code is applied, Extra Weight Charges will not be shown prior to placing your order and will be added to the total cost of the order prior to payment processing. If Extra Weigh Charges exceed $8.00, you will be notified by email or phone prior to payment processing. When Extra Weight Charges are less than $8.00, you agree to pay this charge without prior notification.

AustinNatural.com's responsibility for delivery of your order ends when the package is received by the carrier. You are responsible for:

• providing correct and accurate address information
• receiving the package at the address provided by you

International Orders

AustinNatural.com ships to more than 35 countries and territories. To see a complete country list, add any item to the shopping cart (this item can always be removed prior to finalizing an order). Go to the Country drop-down list on the shopping cart page and click the arrow at the top right corner of this list. We currently ship only to the countries appearing in the Country drop-down list.

AustinNatural.com and the parent company M3W Group, Inc. assumes No Responsibility for orders shipped to foreign countries. When you place an order destined outside of the United States, you are assuming all Risks for Lost, Stolen, Delayed or Impounded Orders. If the package is lost, stolen, or seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, a refund will not be issued. If the package is returned to us, a refund for the purchase price of the items returned may be issued. Shipping charges are not refunded. Returned items are subject to a 15% return fee. In lieu of a refund, you may elect to have your order shipped again for an additional shipping charge.

Import/export laws are different for every country and may change at any time. While we occasionally review these laws for a particular country, we are not responsible for monitoring them. Customers placing orders for shipment outside the United States are responsible for checking the destination country import laws to determine if the items ordered are allowed. We also suggest checking with the destination country Customs office for additional information and the amount of any Taxes or fees which may be required to receive the order.

The law requires us to report the exact amount of the items purchased on the Customs form. The recipient is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes for international orders and do not have any means for calculating how much they may cost you. Check with the destination country. Package content description on the Customs form will read "Nutritional Supplements (X)", where 'X' is the number of items in the package.

Customs inspection in the United States, the destination country, or both, may delay delivery of your order. Should the container your package is travelling in be selected for inspection, as little as a day or as long as a week or more delay may occur. AustinNatural.com has no control over Customs in any country, including the United States. In some countries the Customs office allows inquiries regarding the whereabouts of a package. United States Customs does not allow us to make these types of inquiries. For International Airmail orders, once your package is delivered to the carrier, there is little we can do to determine its location. Package tracking is not available for international orders shipped via Airmail.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

When you can expect receive your order is determined by adding order processing time and delivery time together. The dedicated staff at AustinNatural.com strives to process each order as quickly as possible. The 'Availability' statement for most items on AustinNatural.com reads "Usually ships the next business day". Most orders received by 11:00AM Eastern Time on a business day are shipped the same day and by the next business day more than 90% of the orders received the prior day are shipped. Orders placed after 11:00AM Eastern Time on Friday are considered Monday orders.

On occasion there is a manufacturer or distributor back order on a product that is beyond our control. If this is the case and you have ordered more than one item, we will hold your order until it is ready for delivery. In the event that an item you have ordered will take us longer than 8-10 business days to obtain, you will be notified by email. If you need a product quickly, and cannot wait for the whole order to be shipped together, please contact us. If you request to receive an order in partial shipments, you will be charged Shipping & Handling fees for each shipment.

If you selected an expedited shipping method (e.g. UPS Second Day Air or UPS Three Day Select), shipping fees charged pay for expedited shipping, not expedited order processing. The warehouse staff at AustinNatural.com makes every effort to process orders with expedited shipping methods as quickly as possible, but there is no guarantee an order with one of these shipping methods will be processed within one business day. Shipping time begins when your package leaves our warehouse. Please contact the carrier if they fail to meet their promised delivery time.
