Q. What's the shipping charge?
A. We use flat rate
shipping, so YOU choose the charge. Most people select $6.95. There are
NO HIDDEN, LATE, ADD-ON, etc. shipping costs at Slumber Sounds. Click
the "what is the shipping charge" link below for details.
Q. When will you ship my
order?
A. If you order by 3 PM Pacific Time on a weekday, we'll ship to you that same day. Otherwise, we aim to ship all items on the next business day
95% or more of the time, we meet these deadlines.
Q. When will my
merchandise arrive?
A. The Post Office estimates
5-7 day delivery time
anywhere in the United States for First Class Mail, and 2-3 days
for Priority Mail. So, if you need the products ASAP, choose
Priority Mail.
As to UPS, We ship
from Seattle. So your UPS package should arrive within 2-7 days,
depending on your distance from the Pacific Northwest.

What music is on the CD? Can I listen to a sample?
The CD
contains 47 minutes of original music composed just for Slumber
Sounds. The compositions are based on well-known nursery tunes: Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star,
Mary had a Little Lamb, and Lullaby and Goodnight.
The music
is played on
Cello, Violin, Harp, Music Box Piano, Organ, and Horn. A human
heartbeat sound plays along in tempo.

3. How
do I order online?
When you
see a product you like, click the "Add to Cart" button. This will keep your choices together on one
special page (called a Shopping Cart) until you’re ready to
check out. You can see the choices you've made by clicking the "View
Cart" button on the left side of each page. You can add
or remove items from your cart at any time.
Placing
items in the cart isn't the same as purchasing; NOTHING IS BILLED
TO YOUR ACCOUNT when you add or remove items from the cart.
To
purchase your items, click the "Check Out" button at
bottom of cart page. You'll then fill out your information,
including any gift wrapping instructions. The whole process
usually takes no more than two or three minutes.

4. Is it
really safe to order over the internet?
We
share your concern about security, because if ordering
systems aren't secure then Slumber Sounds (or any internet
business) simply can't function. We protect you with industry
standard 128-bit SSL technology, using the secure servers at
Yahoo!
This
encryption technology is in use you any time you're sending
information. If you look at the bottom of your screen, you'll
see an unbroken key symbol (or a lock symbol, depending on
your browser); this means your data is being encrypted as
it's sent. Your personal and order information is secure.
We
do not charge your card until the CD is shipped. All credit
card orders are subject to approval and verification by the
issuing bank.

5. How
long will it take for my order to arrive?
We
ship 95%+ of all orders within one business day. The Post Office estimates
5 day delivery time
anywhere in the United States for First Class Mail, and 2-4 days
for Priority Mail.
We ship
from Seattle, so your UPS package should arrive within 2-7 days,
depending on your distance from the Pacific Northwest.

7. Do I have
to pay sales tax?
We
charge 6.5% sales tax on all orders that originate in the
state of Washington.

8. How do I
order products?
We have two
ways to order.

For fastest service, order by telephone. Have your Visa or Master
Card card handy, then call us toll-free at 1-866-575-BABY. We're usually around from 8 AM to 5PM, west coast
time.
2.
You also can order using Yahoo. Look for the "Add to
Cart" button on a product page; click it to send your order
via secure servers.

9. Is
gift wrapping available?
Yes, and
it's completely free.
If you're
going to a baby shower, or want a nifty present for your new
grandchild, here's the hassle-free way to personalize your gift.
As you type
your information on the order screens, you'll be able to enter a
personalized message. We'll handwrite
the message on a nice card, enclose it with your order, and gift
wrap everything with a baby-themed paper. Of course, there will be
no receipt in the package; just the products and your card.
