ORDERS & SHIPMENTS

  • Orders are filled and shipped daily, usually within a 24-48 hour period form the time we receive your order.
  • Most orders are shipped via UPS. 
  • FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $99.00 IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES VIA UPS GROUND. 
  • The Free Ground shipping offer does not apply to sticks and shafts. All sticks and shafts are classified as "oversized" and thus will be charged an additional $10.00 for 1 stick. 2-6 sticks will be charged $15.00. More than 6 sticks will be charged $10.00 per every 6 sticks. All sticks will be considered a seperate shipment from other items you might order. If the other items ordered fall below the minimum $99.00 for free freight, the appropriate freight charges will then be added to your order.
  • If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii, we will e-mail you with an estimated freight charge. 
  • If we are temporarily out of an item, we will notify you immediately when we expect the product to ship. 
  • UPS has various ways to ship other than ground freight.

    You may request Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day to receive your items faster. The following chart shows you the minimum amount of freight that will be added to your order:

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. 
We cannot accept returns on special orders or custom items.
All returns for credit will be assessed any shipping charges incurred by bestbuyhockey.com.

DEFECTIVE GOODS/WARRANTIES
Manufacturer warranties vary from product to product. Below are some of the most common warranties based on defective material or defective workmanship. Improper care, abuse, or other non-defects are not covered by the manufacturer. To return a product that has one of the aforementioned defects, the item must be returned to bestbuyhockey.com for inspection, and we will send the product back to the manufacturer. This process could take from 2-4 weeks before you receive credit for the item.
