2003 Golden Boot Awards Buckle

The Motion Picture & Television Fund has an annual fundraiser to help support medical and retirement facilities for people in the industry. They honor cowboy stars, but also the writers, directors, character actors and stunt people who have contributed so much to the development and preservation of the western tradition in film and television. Those honored in 2003 were Tommy Lee Jones, Chris Alcaide, Graham Greene, Tommy Farrell, Terry Leonard, Sue Ane Langdon, Kris Kristofferson, Michael Dante, Kelo Henderson, William Smith, Charles Champlin and Soons of the Pioneers. The buckle was made by Johnson & Held in Colorado, hand made, numbered 22. 3 1/2" x 3" and for up to a 2" belt. This is a brand new buckle, I got it directly from the Motion Picture folks, but there is slight discoloration in the brass on the front due to age.
