Sterling silver trophy buckle sterling silver overlay scrolls, 14k yellow domed heart. Even the back is engraved. Made by famous silversmith Matt Hackett in Richmond, Texas. He is the sole provider of buckles for the Texas Rangers and has made buckles for both the Bush presidents. 3 1/8” x 2 ¾” and fits a 1 ½” belt. Mint condition, brand new. Great gift.
