Formulated with a blend of essential oils dominated by decongesting Basil and detoxifying and balancing Grapefruit essences, these inborn properties help power through your period. For sweet spot health, use this (and every other wash or gel) only in the shower, and not in a hot bath. Soaking in soap seriously disrupts your sweet spot's chemistry.
