Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated for all orders at the checkout screen based on the product and recipient's location. We ship your selections around the 10th of each month. Check the bottom of our web site, and the order page, to find out if you can still get this month's selection. We will mail a "Welcome to the Club" card announcing your gift as soon as we receive your paid order unless otherwise instructed.

Refunds
Our goal is to make you or your gift recipient 100% satisfied with BestMonthlyClubs.com. You may, for any reason, leave the Club at any time without penalty. Your credit card will be reimbursed for the remainder of the membership fee if you decide to leave. If there is a problem with any of the monthly selections, such as damage during shipping, we will replace or refund you for any selection less shipping charges and applicable taxes. You can contact our Customer Service department at 1-218-879-3414 to receive an R.M.A. number.

Returns
In the event a selection is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address that was provided, we will attempt to contact the recipient to obtain the correct shipping address. Due to spoilage and freshness issues, we will only send out an additional selection if another monthly selection is paid for.

Tax
Appropriate sales taxes apply to our Best Chocolate of the Month Club shipped to the state of Minnesota, and are added to your order after your address information is input.


Please note that some of our clubs offer items only available in limited quantities, and therefore, have limited membership. If a club is full, it will be clearly noted on the www.BestMonthlyClubs.com website. This is the only way we can make sure you have a great shopping experience with us!
