We also cannot guaranty that the proper bird will move into their name sake house, Chickadees don't always move into Chickadee houses despite all the dimensions being correct. Last season a chickadee nested in one of the bluebird houses, a flying squirrel made a nest in the Chickadee house.Many birds will return to the same houses year after year.
