Please note that there are NO REFUNDS for any of our featured books, so please read the publication description completely. You may contact us at qfac@qfac.com, or call 888.797.7729 with any question you may have, to further help make your ordering decision. This is in effort to avoid "library" usage of material.

Technical Problems:

If there is a technical problem with your order, we will be happy to correct it immediately. If there is a manufacturing problem, (such as a part(s) missing, or damaged) a replacement will be issued immediately. Please see below on "How to Make a Return".

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 7 days that are sent back that are not a manufacturing problem and STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED. No product returns will be accepted after 15 days.

Wrong Item Received:

On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the PRODUCT or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us so that we can make the necessary arrangements to correct your order asap. We apologize for any inconvenience, but would appreciate your co-operation in returning the item, in the manner in which you will be instructed. If you choose another return option outside of given instructions, we will not be responsible for any incurred charges. Merchandise must be returned in perfect condition (in which care had been given to this affect when first sent to you) in order to receive credit. We must receive this return within 7 business days. If you do not return the incorrect item, you will be charged accordingly for it.

Damages and Shortages:

We thoroughly inspect all products before shipping them, so any damages to items can only occur during their shipment. Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to QFAC Bodybuilding within 48 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise or replace the item in question asap, or within 10 business days. If no claim is made within this time it is agreed that the quantities are correct and no subsequent discrepancy claim will be allowed.

How to Make A Return:

You must call us during our normal business hours for a return authorization number (RA) prior (RA) prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and in perfect condition (in which care had been given to this affect when first sent to you) in order to receive credit. Detailed instructions will be provided either through your e-mail address, or by telephone upon reciept of RA. We prefer e-mail, so that you may have these instructions to refer to.

If the return is due to that of a problematic nature, we will reimburse you for the s&h incurred by the method you had purchased the item. Please note, that it is extremely important to follow the provided instructions precisely. It is your responsibility to make sure that returned items reach our warehouse. Therefore, we will also request that you send the return with a tracking number. If you choose another return option outside of given instructions, we will not be responsible for any incurred charges or lost packages.

A valid return authorization number must be on the shipping label or we will refuse the package.

Warrantees and/or Guarantees:

All warrantees and/or guarantees are so of the manufacturer themselves - NOT QFAC. Therefore, you must deal directly with the manufacturer for anything entitling this nature. ALL of the manufacturer's contact information is supplied when orders are sent to you.
