SHIPPING AND SALES TAX
Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service from the our warehouse within 24 hours if the item is in stock (except on Saturdays and Sundays).
We will ship your package via Priority Mail as a value added service to our customers in Alaska and Hawaii. Also, we can make this an available option if your package is less than 2 pounds.
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Texas, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Texas, US.

How can you offer such low prices?
At Bosch Power Tool Source, we competitively price our products at 40-60% off of the retail price. You take advantage of the fact that we don't have to pay "overhead" to offer you these products.
What about shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are based on how much it costs us to ship your item(s) to you. We don't add any additional costs such as handleing fees etc. However, we also offer several options on shipping to help you save money.
When should I expect delivery?
Virtually all our products leave the warehouse by the first business day after you order; many times it's faster than that. If the item is not in stock the product page will say "Contact Us for Availabilit". After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at the time, is from three to seven business days within the USA. Sorry, international orders are not accepted at this time.
What about Next Day Air delivery?
Sorry. We no longer offer expedited shipping but as long as something is in stock we will ship it ASAP.
We will ship your package via Priority Mail as a value added service to our customers in Alaska and Hawaii. Also, we can make this an available option if your package is less than 3 pounds and your UPS shipping cost is more than $3.85.
However you will need your order in by 2:00 PM CST in order to make the same day mailing.
What if I need warranty service?
Our supplier holds to the strictest standards of quality control, and all of our products are fully warranted by the manufacturer. If by chance you receive a product which is defective, the manufacturer's warranty information and service address will be clearly marked on or in the package you receive. If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying UPS. If you ever have questions not answered by the manufacturer or by UPS, please contact us at Sales@BoschPowerToolSource.com
What if I want to return something?
Our products are top quality name brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for a full refund minus any shipping charges for up to 30 days of receipt of purchase.
However, returns must be in like new condition, with ALL original materials and packing. (Please note...we do NOT resell returned merchandise here on our web site).
Simply email us at Sales@BoschPowerToolSource.com for instructions on how to return our item so that you receive full credit. (Email is preferred as we will have written documentation).

Bosch Bucks are gift certificates that you or a group of people can purchase in increments of $20. They are not taxable and can be emailed to you for printing and putting in a gift envelope or it can just be emailed to the recipient. Bosch Bucks have a one time code on them that can be used like cash to purchase products from Bosch Power Tool Source only. Instructions will be given as you check out.
