When ordering, it is important that your billing address exactly match the billing address on your charge card. In order to protect our customers and ourselves we use AVS (Address Verification Service) to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards.

Shipping information: Except where noted, all prices include standard shipping and handling (UPS Ground or USPS 1st Class) for orders delivered within the contiguous US. Each order is factory shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Most customers find that their order is delivered within 3-10 days of placing it.

International orders are subject to confirmation. International, Hawaii and Alaska shipments require an additional charge. Other options are also available, which you may select during check out. The charge will be calculated automatically by the UPS Shipping Table based on the ship method, the delivery address, the weight of the shipment, and then automatically added to your order.

* Note: Brooklyn Premium Corp. does not collect customs and import duties to international destinations, including Canada. The appropriate duty and/or taxes must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. Our shipping charge does not include brokerage fees.
