Big Bob Gibson has been spicing up BBQ since 1925, and this seasoning was declared the World Champion at the 2000 Memphis in May competition. More recently, Big Bob Gibson's BBQ Seasoning and Dry Rub took First Place honors in the Table Seasonings category at the 2007 Scovie Awards. Its sweet, salty and spicy flavors are excellent on meat, poultry or fish when applied liberally about 30 minutes before grilling. Big Bob Gibson's Bar-B-Q Seasoning and Dry Rub also works well on vegetables and just about anywhere you would normally use salt.
