Credit card orders are shipped next day (in stock items). In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of estimated delivery time. Checks and money orders, please allow one week to clear before shipping.

Orders are received instantly. Orders received before noontime (EST) Monday through Thursday are shipped same day, those received after noontime are shipped next day. Friday and Saturday orders are shipped Monday. Once your product is shipped, our customer service dept. will e mail you the date of shipment and UPS tracking number. We will request a return e mail once the package has arrived to guarantee everything meets your approval. Any problems are immediately addressed and resolved to your satisfaction.
