Please Note: On all orders that weigh over 150 pounds, have multiple boxes,
or are oversize, the UPS shipping charges may be incorrect,
regardless of the final destination. Yahoo is aware of their problem.

UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any address within the 50 United States plus Puerto Rico (see Terms and Conditions for details). Service Map colors may vary due to differences in hardware and software. For the scheduled days in transit for ground packages shipped within the 50 USA states plus Puerto Rico, please use the Time-in-Transit calculator. Filmtools order cut-off time for same day GROUND shipping is 12:00 Noon, Pacific Time. All 3-day, 2-day, and Next-day cut-off times are 2:30 PM We will continue to process orders right up to the time the UPS driver is loading his truck
Domestic Orders. You can choose between UPS Ground, UPS 3 day select, UPS 2nd Day, or Next day. Due to the many complaints we've received about the US Mail regarding the lack of tracking and time in transit, we no longer offer the US Mail as an option.
Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please supply actual shipping addresses.
Compare shipping Costs by toggling between the options found in the shopping cart area. Note UPS Ground is 5 working days to the East Coast. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included. If you place a ground order after 12pm on Friday, it's first day of travel will be on Monday. Usually you'll receive it by the following Friday, but during peak load times (like December) expect delays.

RETURNS: Filmtools Return Policy
Within 10 days of receipt of your order, you may return unopened products or opened merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories for a refund on the product's purchase price. The following items may not be returned or exchanged: all blank media, books, software, aerosols, cut fabric, light bulbs, custom orders, and all opened items where hygiene is an issue i.e. eyepiece chamois, ear pieces, which all sales are final.
Please note that we can process returns only for items purchased from Filmtools. All orders being returned must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION Number issued by Filmtools. To obtain the RA# call us toll free at 888-807-1900. Write that number down on the securely wrapped package and include a copy of the packing slip with your return. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
Please note that any merchandise returned without its original packaging and or what appears to be in used condition, may be subject to a restocking fee, since we will not be able to resell the item as new. This determination is made solely by Filmtools.
FREIGHT Damages. All shipments must be inspected carefully including concealed damage before signing the freight bill. If damage is detected, refuse delivery. If you fail to do this, the carrier may or may not accept a damage claim at a later date. If the later occurs, contact the carrier ASAP and request a damage report and pickup of the damaged goods. Filmtools Customer Service must be notified at 888-807-1900 upon determining that damage has occurred, so that we can help aid you with a claim settlement. We offer a 3 working-day window from the time the package is signed for to the time of reporting.
All damage returns MUST have an RA Number issued by Filmtools. See Product information for details.
FREIGHT Shortages. All shipments must be carefully inspected for shortages upon receipt. Although it's
an extremely unusual occurrence, it can happen.
We offer a 3 working-day window from the time the package is signed for to the time
of reporting. When reporting shortages please have your order number available
and contact the Filmtools shipping department toll-free at 888-807-1900 ext 101. We will review our video-tape to confirm or contest all shortage claims.
International Shipping Policy (non US Military) Due to increased international credit card fraud, Filmtools has suspended all international orders, with the exception of Canada, Iceland, Greenland, Australia, New Zealand, and United Kingdom. We creit card protection improves, we'll add more countries.

Almost every country outside of the USA does not honor the AVS (Address verification System) nor do they participate in using the CVV Code (the numbers on the signature line on the back side of the card.) With our very competitive pricing, we can no longer afford to loose any more money. Instead of raising our prices for everyone, we've elected to stay competitive here in the USA. To all of you who are affected by our policy, we
apologize.
CUSTOM ORDERS.
Filmtools will provide custom order services for many items that we don't normally stock. Please note that if canceled, the customer is still liable for our shipping costs that we incur from our vendors; That means that the customer pays for the shipping from the vendor to us and the return freight back to them. Many of our vendors charge us a restocking fee too, so make sure that you really want your custom ordered item.
USA Military Personnel
Please fax your orders with the appropriate APO and FBO addresses. Be sure and include an email address so that we can contact you regard the actual shipping costs.
