What if I need to cancel or reschedule (refund policy)?
Our resources do not allow us to issue refunds. However, we are happy to accommodate one transfer to another class free of charge if the request is made at least 3 business days prior to the start of class. Subsequent transfer requests are subject to availability and a $10 fee. If a request is made to transfer within 3 business days of class, an additional fee of 1/2 the course cost will be charged. If you do not show up for a class, you will need to enroll in a new class and payment will not be transferred to that class. No-shows and late transfers cost the Red Cross time and money. Please help us by planning in advance.

What if I have to miss one day of class?
100% attendance is required. As parents, students, and busy adults ourselves, we appreciate that emergencies and unforeseen things happen. This does not change the fact that students must attend all sessions of the course. If a registered participant misses the first or any other class session (or any part of any session) the participant may be dismissed from the class, and therefore have to re-register for another course. If you cannot attend 100% of the class you are registered for, you must call Course Registration at 617-274-5200, and transfer to a different course at least 3 business days before the class starts. Make up sessions are not possible.

What if I have a cold or other health concerns?
Training should be postponed if you have a cold or other health concerns. A separate manikin may be requested three days prior to the start of class and every effort will be made to accommodate the request.
