First Aid/CPR/AED training courses combine lecture, demonstrations and video with hands-on training in a 'practice-while-you-watch' format.

Full Service Program
Twenty-four hours, seven days a week, our goal is to build programs that are right for your company. We deliver training for groups of 8 or more students and then customize each course to your company's specific needs. You might want to start with Standard First Aid and CPR/Automated External Defibrillation (AED) training. Then add optional modules that address your specific workplace. You have the satisfaction of knowing your employees are safe because their emergency and safety skills came from the very best safety training organization, the American Red Cross.

Your organization can select the training class most relevant to your workplace on the date and time of your choice (subject to instructor availability). We will provide everything you need: American Red Cross certified instructor, training supplies, and participant materials. The Account Representative will schedule trainings, provide pricing and answer any questions you may have in regards to Full Service training.
Authorized Provider Program
As a member of our Authorized Provider Program, one or more individual(s) within your organization become Red Cross-trained instructor(s) who can provide American Red Cross health and safety programs in-house. By becoming an Authorized Provider, you can:
- Build your own training team to teach health and safety courses to employees of your business or members of your organization
- Conduct classes when and wherever you choose
- Have in-house experts available when you need them and direct technical support from the American Red Cross of Massachusetts Bay
Training materials can be purchased by your organization for repeat use or rented from us when needed.
