They answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. Upon receiving my garments, skirt, key-hole neck short sleeve top and long sleeve top, I was very impressed at the workmanship. All are lined and there are dainty shoulder pads as well. Unfortunately the measurements are little off, not sure who made the mistake as I was measured by my tailor, but the skirt is about 2 1/2 inches too long (fortunately I can roll the top of the skirt) and the long sleeve top poofs out near the top. Nothing major and certainly a very good job gioven you never see anyone in person for fittings and little adjustments. For the price, the faults are acceptable. However I do have a couple of minor recommendations that could make them even better. 1. I experienced some confusion with the ordering process on the website. It has to do with the slit in the dress I ordered. The choices in the drop down menu were left, right, both, or like in the picture. Well I wanted one opposite of the collar. But I couldn't figure out if you wanted me to say my left/right or the picture's left/right. Not wanting to assume, I said to make it like the picture. However, what I didn't realized, due to the angle of the picture, was that apparently the pictured dress actually had two slits. I only wanted one. So the dress did not turn out exactly as I had hoped. Granted, I could have expressed my confusion in the comment space provided...which is my own fault and therefore I did not return the dress. The left/right confusion could be remedied by labeling the diagrams that show measurements. 2. It would help to give the choices made that resulted in the picture. For example. The dress pictured used blue fabric #1, has blue piping, and two slits. This would make it easier to choose. 3. Also, a swatch picture of the piping choices just as you have one of the fabric choices would be helpful. My piping wound up being blue with a little white trim as well. I got this by requesting it be like the picture, but it wasn't clear what of the dropdown choices would produce the pictured results. I still don't know if I had selected just blue piping if the white would have been included as well. There was no blue and white option...and if I had ordered blue, I may not have wanted the white. So a picture of the piping choices would resolve this issue. 4. Additionally, while I find your measurement list impressive by most standards, I would recommend one more. My dress will have to be altered by taking about an inch and a half out of the shoulder. This could be avoided by getting the measurement from the breast to the shoulder. I happen to be short in this area and have had dresses need altering this way before. Some may be long in this area. This measurement would insure a proper fit here. Aside from these few things, I was very impressed with the service provided by Chinese Tailor. The dress arrived promptly and quickly (I paid for the rush service and was AMAZED that they actually made the dress to order and got it here in under 5 days! For a normal bridesmaid dress bought in the states, I couldn't have gotten it in 5 weeks!). The workmanship was . and the materials of superior quality. Their website was certainly more through than most and there prices were more than reasonable. I would definately do business with them again, if I were in the market for a Chinese style dress.
