We will NEVER sell or give your personal information to an outside party. Our Return Policy If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from the Curtain Shop Online you have up to 30 days from receiving your shipment to return the merchandise for a full refund minus the shipping charges (does not apply to clearance items). If your order qualified for free shipping we will charge you actual shipping charges. Your unused, unwashed return must include all packaging, inserts and tags still attached to the item. Your refund will be credited to your charge account. Please note, sheets can not be returned if package has been opened. You must first call the store to receive a "Return Authorization Number", and you will be instructed to note the RA number clearly on the outside of your returning package. A copy of your invoice must be included inside your package. Acceptable returning merchandise WITHOUT a proper RA number will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
