We will do our best to keep you informed of the status of these products. **Please note - Although the shopping cart may indicate there is stock available, many sizes and styles may be in stock at Walls or their warehouse...please allow 1-2 weeks to ship**

All orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. If an order has been shipped, it may be returned following the RA guidelines listed below.

Return Policy: Customers wishing to return merchandise to Da Shack must first contact us by email to obtain a Return Authorization (RA)number. RA numbers are valid for 25 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 25 days of the ship date. Returns will be handled as follows:
  • 1. Defective Upon Shipment - Credit for cost of item(s)or replacement.
  • 2. New (Unopened) - Credit for cost of item(s) minus maximum 15% restocking fee*
  • 3. Used (Opened) - Credit for cost of item(s) minus 15% - 100% restocking fee.*
  • 4. Damaged, Missing Parts - Non-Returnable
*Da Shack reserves the right to evaluate product return conditions and assess restocking fees at its own discretion.
