books in hand within a week. I needed an invoice, on official letterhead, and the
store provided it. Since I work with children's books from many countries, I was not
disappointed in the quality of the titles I received. They are not as physically
attractive as books published in the U.S. I don't know how anyone not familiar with
publishing worldwide would react to the books however. I was a very satisfied customer, and I would order from Desistore again should they offer other titles suitable for a public library. Certainly, children's books in the Urdu language are not easy to obtain. |

I would also suggest that you asign every new customer a password so that when placing subsequent orders one does not have to enter shipping address etc again unless there is a change.
