Diamond Dreams is the premier home for baseball and softball instruction in Iowa, but don't take our word on it alone...see what some of the state's best have to say!

Jon Gilmore, Iowa City High, Class 4A all-state baseball, 33rd overall pick 2007 draft, Atlanta Braves

When asked what he benefits the most from, Jon said, "Just the opportunity to play throughout the off-season." And when asked what makes Diamond Dreams stand out, he replied, "The instruction that comes with the facilities."

Watch what Jon has to say about his time devoted to baseball at Diamond Dreams:

Nick Muhlenbruch, Iowa City High, Class 4A all-state baseball, currently playing at the University of Iowa

"A lot of the mental prep has helped me become a better baseball player. Being around the game has helped me the most, and learning how important the fundamentals are. The instruction here is like no other place I've ever found. The people out here are fun to be around, and every time you come out, you're going to learn something that will make you better, either mentally or physically."

Quinn Morelock, Solon High School, Class 2A first team all-state softball, will attend The University of Iowa in the fall of 2005

"Diamond Dreams has benefitted me by giving me one-on-one instruction to help me become a better hitter and to identify my strengths and weaknesses. Diamond Dreams stands out because of its great instructors and its nice facilities."

Bridget Shields, Iowa City West High, Class 4A all-state, will enter her senior year in fall of 2005

"There's great instruction out there, it's helped my swing, it's helped me mentally, and it's helped me make connections with people who have great experience in softball. Everything's on a very personal level. They not only give you great advice, but they follow up on that advice."

Matt Wagner, Iowa City Regina High, Class 2A all-state baseball, will enter his senior year in fall of 2005

"I believe that working out at Diamond Dreams is different because a member of the staff is always there to offer a tip or a bit of encouragement. I look forward to being at Diamond Dreams because when you're not in season the staff is almost like your teammates for the winter months and it gives you the opportunity to meet people that have the same passion for the game."

Kelsey Kahler, Clear Creek-Amana High, Class 2A all-state, graduated in spring of 2005

"Diamond Dreams has helped me improve my swing, but especially it has helped me become better at hitting various pitches that I used to not be able to hit well. They really get to know you personally, and learn how to help your specific style of hitting, and how to help you as an individual athlete."
