o Items purchase on our
site can be Exchanged or you Store Credit ONLY
o WE DO NOT OFFER
REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTION MADE
o Please allow 1-2 week turnaround time for your exchange to be processed
o If you need an item sooner
for an event, please let us know by email
o Exchanged Item must be returned within 15 days from the Post Mark Date your
order was
originally shipped to you, otherwise we WILL NOT accept the
returned item for exchange.
o Shipping, Handling and Insurance Fees paid by buyer are NOT included in store credits
issued
o All returned item will be subject
to a 20% RESTOCKING and PROCESSING FEE

$149.99 and over) OR
WEDDING GOWNS.
When ordering a
Pageant or Wedding Gown, please email us
your measurements to so we can recommend the correct size for
you
o Clearance items are FINAL
SALE ITEMS, no exchanges or refunds allowed
o Dresses CANNOT be exchanged
for Cosmetics.
o All undergarment items such as
BRAS, are final sale
items and cannot be exchanged.

You may Exchange
or receive Store Credit for
your returned item under the following conditions:
o All tags and labels must
remain attached to the merchandise and has not been worn.
o The item must be returned in the original condition all labels and tags attached
o The item does not smell of smoke, perfume, or any other odor.
o The item does not have any makeup or other marks when it is returned.
o The item is not torn or defective in any way.
o The item has not been altered
o The item must be shipped back with care (please carefully pack the ITEM)
If the item is returned
by the buyer in any of the above conditions, the return WILL NOT be accepted
and no store credit will be issued and the item will be sent back to the buyer.
There are no refunds given for any reason or circumstance.
All returned item will be subject
to a 20% RESTOCKING and PROCESSING FEE .
We have a strict EXCHANGE
POLICY because we have received back items from customers and the item has
obviously been worn, with makeup on it and the odor of smoke and other odors on
the fabric. We hope you understand.

Store Credit:
All returned items will
receive Store Credit Coupon that can be used for a future purchase. We will
email you a personal Store Coupon Code in the amount of your Store Credit
that can be used at anytime on our website to order another item. Your Store
Credit will be the amount of your item(s) less 20% restocking fee. We do not
refund Shipping, Handling or Insurance Fees.
