SHIPPING POLICY

Door-Knocker.com offers 4 shipping options for delivery within the U.S. and Canada   At this time we are unable to ship to international address (excluding Canada), PO Boxes, APO addresses or U.S. territories.  We ship through UPS and get our shipping prices directly from UPS, so we DO NOT overcharge for shipping.. You can choose from Standard Ground, 3rd day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air at the time of checkout.  If you prefer a different method of shipping, contact our customer service department at help@door-knocker.com and we'll try to accommodate your request.  We just want you to get your stuff!

How long will it take to get your order?  That depends on your chosen shipping method.  Standard ground will take anywhere from 2 - 5 business days from the time it was shipped, depending on your distance from Illinois.  We ship most orders by the next business day from which you placed the order, unless otherwise noted.  For example, if you order on a Tuesday, we ship on Wednesday.  3rd Day Select should get to you by the 3rd business day from the time it was shipped.  2nd Day Air will arrive by the 2nd business day. Next Day would get to you the next day.

What is the status of my order?  If you are wondering where your order is, just contact us and we'll track it for you and let you know where it is.


RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return it to us within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange (less shipping charges.) However, Custom Finish items and Address Plaques are non-returnable due to their custom nature.  Just re-pack your item in it's original packing (if possible), include the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

1. Contact our customer service department.  e-mail us at help@door-knocker.com

2. Write down the return number given to you on the back of your packing slip and pack it with your return. We cannot accept any items that are returned without a return number from us.

3. Return to the following address:

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.), prepaid, and retain your receipt.  Sorry, we cannot accept unpaid packages.  Door-Knocker.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, Mastercard or Diners Club for online purchases. All online orders taken at Door-Knocker.com are processed using standard encryption through a secure server. No one will be able to view this information other than those to whom Door-Knocker.com is bound by contract and necessary for processing payment of orders. Payment from credit card is processed when order is submitted.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is only charged to orders going to Illinois at 7.25%.
