THERE IS A $6.00 PER ITEM RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.DO NOT ship any items back to the Dyeables warehouse in Maine or the Coloriffics or Sizzle warehouse in New York. All returns and exchanges must be sent to Dyeablesshoes.com at the address below.
We recommend that you get a tracking number or proof of delivery when you send a return, as we cannot issue a credit or send an exchange unless we receive the return or the customer can show proof that the return was received by us.
TO EXCHANGE:
The credit card used for the original purchase will be charged a $6.00 per item restocking fee. Exchanges will be shipped by ground (within the 48 contiguous states). Exchanges shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, or by a quicker shipping method will be charged the same amount as the shipping charge for an original purchase.
Item(s) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received, and if it was received in a box, it must be in the original box. Items that are dirty, have scratches or dirt on the sole or toe marks on the inside of the shoe will NOT be accepted for return or exchange, and will be returned to the customer. The shipping charges for the return to you will be billed to the customer.
Please note that all exchanges will be shipped by Ground shipping unless the customer requests a faster shipping method. In such case, the shipping charge for the expedited method will be charged to the credit card used in the original purchase.
OPTION 1
You can place a new order for the desired item, and we will ship it and charge your credit card. You can then return the item(s) you wish to return to us for a full credit, less a $6.00 per item restocking fee. (Please see instructions below for Returns.) If you are in a hurry, this is the fastest way to receive the shoes you need.

(1) Include with the item(s) the name, full address, phone number, and order number (if available) from the original order, and an explanation of the item number(s), color(s), and size(s) you would like in exchange.
(2) We will charge the credit card used for the original purchase a restocking fee of $6.00 for each item returned, adjusted for price differences, if any, between shoes returned and shoes requested in exchange. (see (4) below)
(3) If there is a difference in price and a credit needs to be issued by us, we can only issue the credit to the same credit card used in the original order.
(4) If there is an additional charge and you would like the difference to be charged to a different credit card, please provide us with the name, billing address, phone number, credit card number and expiration date of the credit card to be used.
TO RETURN
Item(s) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received in original packaging. Items that are dirty, have scratches or dirt on the sole or toe marks on the inside of the shoe will NOT be accepted for return or exchange, and will be returned to the customer. The shipping charges for the return to you will be billed to the customer.
