SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days if the item(s)
are in stock. Next Day Air is normally shipped by the next business day. If an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail. Elevator World, Inc. will only
guarantee or replace packages sent by courier (UPS, Federal Express). Any orders sent by Priority Mail or Global
Priority Mail are not guaranteed and will not be replaced.
U.S. Orders - Please allow 5 to 7 business days for Ground delivery (not
available outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states). Shipping options to
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico include Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and
Priority Mail (delivery not guaranteed). Orders shipped to Puerto Rico
may be subject to custom and import duties. These fees are the
responsibility of the customer.
Canadian Orders - Please allow 7 to 10 days for Federal Express Economy delivery or
Global Priority Mail (delivery not guaranteed). Shipping rates do not
include customs and import duties. These fees are the responsibility of
the customer.
International Orders - Delivery guaranteed in 4 to 7 business days (not
responsible for customs delay) by Federal Express International Priority or UPS Worldwide Express. Orders shipped
by Global Priority Mail are not guaranteed or insured and will not be
replaced. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Customs and import
duties are applied once your shipment reaches its destination and the payment of these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
*ITEMS SHIPPED PRIORITY MAIL OR GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL (through the U.S.
Post Office) ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND WILL NOT BE REPLACED!
PAYMENT POLICY:
All orders are prepaid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards
or by check. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars and can
be mailed to Elevator World, Inc., PO Box 6507, Mobile, AL 36660, Attn:
Internet Book Orders (order confirmation number must be included). Orders
will not be shipped until payment is received.
RETURN POLICY:
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment you may return any of the
purchased items for any reason, for a full refund (shipping costs will
only be refunded if the return is a result of our error). Please note
that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from
Elevator World. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery,
are missing parts and are non-resalable will not be accepted or refunded.
REFUNDS:
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for
purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.
Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a
result of our error.
