Secure Order
ELITE RECEPTIONS uses the latest technology to ensure that your credit card and personal information are protected. Our secure server encrypts personal information into code before it is transmitted over the Internet. Order from ELITE RECEPTIONS with confidence, knowing that your personal information is safe and secure. If, for any reason, you do not wish to place your order online, please e-mail or call for assistance.

Order Information/Shipping
ELITE RECEPTIONS can ship your order via ground or air. If you have questions regarding your order or delivery time please email us at customerservice@elitereceptions.com.

Our first priority is making sure your order is processed as soon as possible. Please check the product descriptions for approximate ship times of the items you are interested in. If your order requires additional time we will contact you via e-mail with updated shipping information. Though it is not always necessary, we suggest that you place your order 3-5 weeks prior to your event. For RUSH orders, please contact us via email to check product availability.

Taxes
All orders shipped outside the state of California are tax-exempt. An 8.25% sales tax will be assessed on all orders shipped within the state of California.

Payment Methods
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit cards are authorized when your order is placed, but not officially charged until your order has been shipped. However, any customized engraved items can be charged upon initial processing of your order. We recommend that you use an official credit card rather that your debit card. If you choose to use a debit card, your bank may withhold funds at time of authorization.
Returns
ELITE RECEPTIONS strives to provide you with quality merchandise and superior customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a return/exchange authorization. This offer excludes any and all personalized or perishable items. (Candies, Chocolates, Candles, Soaps, Favors with your name and date, engraved items...) Items must be returned in there original packaging. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. A 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed on all returns and shipping charges are not refundable.

1) Contact ELITE RECEPTIONS via email for a return/ exchange authorization within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
2) Ship merchandise to ELITE RECEPTIONS at above address. Write "Return" on the outside of the box. For your protection, we suggest that you track your package. We are not responsible for lost packages.
3) ELITE RECEPTIONS will exchange your merchandise or credit your purchase amount minus shipping back to your credit card.
Authorization for return/ exchange must be made within 7 days of reciept of goods and authorization is good for 30 days.

E-Mail Correspondence
We pride ourselves on customer service and strive to return e-mails promptly. Our "e-mail customer service" links, like the one below, are set up to link with your e-mail provider. If the settings within your computer have not previously been set to send e-mail from websites, we will not receive your correspondence. If your settings are not configured properly, or you are not sure, please copy the e-mail address below and send your correspondence directly from your e-mail provider.
