EnglishTeaStore.com is one of the stores of Online Stores Inc. Unlike many online retailers, we are a manufacturer and inventory almost everything we sell. We operate from over 30,000 sq ft of warehouse, shipping and offices.

HOURS OF OPERATION ARE 8:00 AM TO 8:00 PM EST, MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY, 8:00 AM TO 6:00 PM EST FRIDAY. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 2:00 PM EST WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. THIS INCLUDES 3 DAY, 2ND DAY, AND NEXT DAY AIR SHIPMENTS. (Effective 03/09/2007)
