Orders can be exported in several formats, as described below.
The first time you export using a particular format, you should make a careful test
to ensure that your particular version of software is compatible with the export
format. Save your work, and for the first test download only a few orders.
If you need to export a large number of orders, you should do them in batches of no
more than 500 at a time.
