To be able to offer this service and low prices, we will choose the carrier depending on the circumstances (distance from Michigan and weight) of the individual orders. The number of days to receive your order will depend on your distance from Michigan, the ship date and the carrier. Possible carriers are Media mail, First Class mail, Priority mail, Parcel Post, FedEx Home delivery and FedEx ground.

Despite our best efforts we infrequently will have an error in our inventory levels. If there is not enough items in stock to fill your order we will contact you to see if you want to cancel the order. We will only backorder with your email consent.
We do ship to military addresses but tracking may be unavailable even with priority mail. Please see our guarantee policy for orders without tracking numbers.
Additional charges may need to be added since we are restricted to use only the USPS as the carrier. We will contact you before we make any additional charges, unless you authorize them in the comment section of your order.

When you check out an authorization is generated, on your PayPal account it will say "Authorization", Credit card websites have various way of showing this and some don't. The authorization is not a charge, it only shows that the credit card / PayPal account has the ability to cover your order.

Send us your order via email or enter the items you want in this form, please include your email address on file at PayPal. Our website will not accept international orders.
We use PayPal exclusively for all orders outside the United States, if you don't already have a PayPal account you can use this link to sign up for one - PayPal - Once you have your account send us your order via email and we will calculate the shipping and handling charges and notify you of the amount to send via a PayPal request for payment. Not all countries are covered by PayPal, see their website to see if you can use this service.
Free shipping is not available for orders shipped outside the USA.
International shipping cost will be the actual shipping cost plus a handling fee of $2 to cover the cost of processing the customs form. We will automatically choose a low cost shipping option unless you request a special service.
There will be no packing slip, but we will tape a copy of the address inside the shipping box in case the address on the shipping label gets damaged. Gift wrap will not count towards the $75 dollar free shipping total for the shipping saver option.
If you have special instructions for gift wrap, please include those when you check out, and we will try to accommodate them.
If you don't want to pay for the gift wrap you can still have a message on the packing slip. Enter your message in the "Gift Message" box during check out and that message will be displayed on the packing slip. If you pay for Gift Wrap then that message will be placed on a card and attached to the present.
If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item send it back to us and we will replace it immediately upon our receipt of the item if in stock, if not in stock we will expedite a replacement from our supplier, if it is no longer available we'll refund the cost of the item. We will also refund return shipping costs, up to the original cost of shipping the item to you.
All claims must initiated within 20 days (30 days for items purchased with the gift wrap option) from the date we actually ship the item. To start a claim email us, the date on that email will be the start date. After you email us we will create a ATR (internal tracking number) that needs to be written on the outside of the return, that ATR number will be valid for 30 days from date it is issued.
Please email us for the ATR number, the returns address will be included when we issue the ATR number.
If the shippers tracking number shows the item has been delivered, claims for lost shipments will be based on whether or not we shipped to the address as given. If you have had or suspect potential loss at your ship to address, you should chose our "Standard Ship w/ sig. req" Service (signature required). On orders over $200 this service is provided at no additional cost.
If our shipping service cannot verify your address we will contact you to verify the given address. If you authorize us ship to the unverifiable address you agree that no claims due to loss will be made.
All items returned must be in "New Condition".
There will be a 10% return fee, or $2.00 whichever is greater, except for the following items.
There will be a 15% return fee on Spanx, Troika, Takeouts, low beams and Levante (we do not resell these items at this store).
All returns must be initiated within 20 days of the actual ship date with the exception of items bought with the "gift wrap" option. Return of items purchased "gift wrapped" must be initiated within 30 days from the actual ship date. Please email us before you send your return and we will assign you an "ATR" number that must be marked on the outside of the returned item, that ATR number will be valid for 30 days from date it is issued. All shipping costs and gift wrap costs, are not refundable, this includes our shipping cost even when we do free shipping via shipping saver.
If your return reduces the purchase total of the original order so that it would not have qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping the items will be deducted from the return at the rate set for "shipping saver" for orders under $75
We will accept exchanges for women's clothing that has multiple sizes. The item(s) must be in "new condition".
To perform an exchange contact us via email within seven days of receiving the item to allow us to pull the desired size from stock and hold it for you.
Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size if available, or for any women's clothing item if not available.
All additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
We will assign an ATE number to mark on the outside of your return, it will be valid for 30 days
We reserve the right to cancel any order.
Orders over $200 will be sent signature required, if declined you assume all liability for lost shipments. For new customers this service cannot be declined. Orders may be sent restricted delivery requiring the signature on the credit card.

We must have the correct billing address and phone number that are on the credit card. For your protection and ours we will ensure that no inappropriate usage of your credit card is occurring. We want to offer this service to provide greater functionality to you, but we also want to protect you from inappropriate usage of your credit card.
If the billing address doesn't match the address on the credit card the order will be delayed while we verify the card. At our discretion we will call the phone number that is on file at the credit card issuer to further verify the correct usage of the card.
Packages to Hawaii & Alaska will have a $4.00 handing fee added to cover the additional costs incurred. This fee will be collected in the shipping cost area on checkout.
