Rebecca Mincieli and her husband, John, owned a very busy restaurant on the Cape for many years and became well known for their homemade soups, salad dressings, and other products. Locals and visitors alike were always asking to take these products home. So, after hearing so many requests for so long, Rebecca and John decided to package the products, and Olde Cape Cod Foods was born.
