Recipe for Traditional Fleischsalat Traditional "Fleischsalat" is made with Ring Bologna, German pickles and German mayonnaise. Here is the recipe for the Fleischsalat in the picture: 3 Ring Bologna 1 jar Hengstenberg Crunchy Gherkins 2 jars Thomy Delikatess-Mayonnaise salt and pepper to taste Slice Ring Bologna in 1/4" slices. Cut these slices in fine cubes or strips, dice the pickles as well. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 10-12 people.
