·This unit has a 16"x 24" cooking area.
·It is designed for slow smoking by using the firebox in the bottom. There is a water tray that separates the fire from the cooking area that adds moisture to the meat as it cooks.
·There is also an adjustable charcoal grid just above the water tray that allows you to charcoal cook as well.
