Whether you’re a new Troop Leader and you’ve never shopped with us before or a seasoned volunteer…we’re here to help!

• Our staff is ready to assist you, answer questions, find what you need and point you in the right direction.
• Our Volunteer Resource Center (VRC) is full of forms, handouts, Patch Packets, and much more…all at NO CHARGE to you. We also have books, videotapes, flags and other materials available for you to borrow. Contact Sue Crue at vrc@gscm.org or 410.358.9711, ext. 201 and she’ll get you started.
• Our store is fully stocked with insignia, handbooks, uniform components, Studio 2B materials, gift items, and our own line of exclusive GSCM merchandise. Call us at 410.358.9711, ext. 202 for more information.
• You can place an order for pick up at our Second-Store, located in Howard County at Camp Ilchester .
• Our newsletter goes out each month to alert you of our Store schedule, monthly specials, closings, special events, and other important information.

• Shipping/Handling Fees:Aprox. 10% of your order based on fifty (50) cents per $5.00 merchandise increments, with a minimum charge of $1.00 and a maximum charge of $15.00.
• Forms of Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard, debit cards with the VISA/MC logo, personal and Troop checks (NO STARTER CHECKS) with proper identification, & cash.
• Returns/Exchanges: Receipt required for returns. Returns/exchanges accepted up to 90 days from receipt date; The GSCM Store may not have enough cash for your return; please call ahead. We do not issue store credits. Visit the Store or call the Manager, Retail Sales, for complete details on our Return/Exchange Policy.
  
  *SALES TAX: By Maryland State Law we are required to collect sales tax on all merchandise we sell unless you provide us with tax-exempt status. We require that you be a Girl Scout Leader and that you provide us with your Troop Number and Community/Service Unit Number in the spaces provided on the Order/Checkout pages of this site. You will be charged sales tax if said information is not provided and there will be no refund of tax collected.
