About the Authors
Chuck & Blanche Johnson have been hunting wild game for 40 years. They travel around the country hunting in a number of states each year, creating new recipes and improving their standard game dishes. Chuck is also the Versatile Gun Dog columnist for Pointing Dog Journal. Blanche is an outdoor photographer whose work has appeared in various hunting magazines.
