Our appraisal service includes a physical inspection of your insured losses, digital photographs, narrative report and DDS estimate of the replacement costs. If we can not agree on the amount of your insured losses with your insurance company's appraiser, then we will select an umpire to submit our respective appraisals. Whomever the umpire agrees with is usually the party that then sets the amount of the insured loss. Fee is representative of Composition Roof up to 50 Sqaures.
