What is Herbal Powers shipping policy? |

Domestic Shipping:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped the following business day unless otherwise noted. Holidays and the subsequent closing of delivery service offices may cause delays that are out of our control.
- We currently ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS),
and a major courier. Herbal Powers strives to select the courier that will provide the most reliable, timeliest,
economical, and efficient delivery service.
(Please note that ALL shipments going to post office boxes must be shipped via the US Postal Service.)
- Unless expedited service is requested, all packages weighing up to 2
lbs are shipped "standard" service. This is generally via USPS priority service.

We have found the best and least expensive method of shipment is via USPS
Priority Mail or Express Mail.
International Shipping:
(Please note that, because of duty and brokerage fees imposed, we no longer offer ground services to Canada.)
International shipping is expensive because shipping companies charge a
lot to send merchandise outside of the United States. We have tried to
list the least expensive methods on our website.
Please Note: We reserve the right to re-quote your
shipping cost to reflect any changes or additions charged to us by the
selected carrier. Should this occur, you would be notified via e-mail
and you would be given the opportunity to decline your order due to cost of
shipping. If we receive no response within 3 days of our e-mail to you
regarding shipping costs, we will take the conservative approach and cancel
the order. In general, the
stated shipping price will be used.
Not all methods have tracking information
available. While every country is different, here is a guide. If
you have another method that you prefer that has insurance and tracking,
we will consider using that carrier instead.
US Global Express Mail - This is the least expensive method.
We use the US Postal service which out sources to EMS. Delivery is quoted at 4-6 business days barring problems with customs.
DHL International - This method is a bit more expensive,
but has DHL helping expedite through customs. They suggest 4-6
business days, with some potential for delay due to Customs.
Customs can take anywhere from 2-14 days, depending on the country. We get asked all the time, how long we think it might take to get through customs in a particular country. The answer is we don't know, even if we've shipped to the country before, we can not be sure. This is because it really depends on how the customs office of a particular entry port is operated on a given day. If there is a national holiday, it will take longer.
While we prepare each package to allow for easy customs entry, you are responsible for the shipping cost, as well as all duty and taxes. Occasionally, international orders are delayed in customs and there is a delay in shipping time or product is confiscated. All international orders shipped are F.O.B., meaning buyer is responsible for the product once it leaves our warehouse. If you are unaware of your country's policies regarding importation of supplements, we recommend that you check with your local mail delivery office before ordering your product.
