How is my shipping charge determined?
Shipping
charges are based off of UPS?s standard rate tables. Shipping weight, shipping
method, and a small handling fee all determine how much shipping will be on an
item.
Due to Yahoo! Store limitations, orders with a ship weight exceeding 150-pounds for UPS or 70-pounds for USPS will show a $0 shipping charge. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to get authorization of shipping charges before processing your order.
Items from the same order may ship from
different warehouses. Some of these warehouses may not have our standard UPS
services available, in which case FedEx or USPS Priority Mail will be used. Shipping
charges will stay the same for equivalent shipping methods.

Which locations do you ship to?
We ship to the 50 United States and APO/FPO
Boxes. Add 2 - 5 business days for USPS Priority Mail orders to process. UPS
will not ship to APO/FPO addresses; orders to these addresses will have the
shipping method changed to USPS Priority Mail.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1:00pm Central Time are
processed for shipment the same business day. Most items ship within 24 hours
of processing. Shipping & delivery days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends
and holidays.
Some products on our site note that they may
not ship for 1-5 business days. This means if you order this item it may not
leave our warehouse for up to 5 business day after your order has been
processed. If you select overnight shipping on one of these items please expect
a 1-5 business day wait before your order will be shipped. The same is true
for 2 day and 3 day shipping. For estimated delivery dates please contact
customer service.
We do all we can to get our orders shipped
out as soon as possible, and most orders ship within 24 hours of being sent to
the warehouse (see our
Customer's Comments). However, shipping charges are for the carrier service
selected. We do not guarantee delivery dates, and we do not refund shipping
charges if items do not ship on a specific day. We will do everything we can to
get your order to you as quickly as possible. If there is a problem with the
delivery of your order, we will do everything we can to help resolve the
problem.

Will I get a tracking number?
Tracking numbers are available for orders
shipped via UPS & FedEx. Tracking numbers are not available for USPS Priority
Mail. If available, tracking numbers are sent via email, generally after 12pm
of the business day after your order ships.

Basketball Systems & Large Item Delivery
Most of our basketball systems and some other large items
are shipped via common carrier (freight truck) with curbside delivery within the
continental U.S. The delivery person will require your assistance in
unloading your item and will leave the item at the curbside. Any
additional services, such as two-man delivery, inside delivery, lift-gate
trucks, or pallet jacks are not included in the price of the item. The
cost of these additional services varies from city to city and usually cost
between $75.00 and $150.00 extra. You may purchase these additional
services directly from the trucking company when they call you you for an
appointment.
If your item shows visible damage upon receipt from the carrier, refuse the
shipment and call us at 800-660-8815. It is important to inspect your
shipment BEFORE you sign the delivery notice. This is to ensure
that if there is a damage item it can be returned at the time and a new one sent
out to you as soon as possible.
